Q: Do I need an account to place an order? 
A: No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time. 

Q: I’ve forgotten my password - What should I do? 
A: On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password. 

Q: Which countries does Store ship to?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia, Denmark, Ireland, Switzerland, Portugal, Sweden, Iceland, Lithuania, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR of China, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, Macau SAR of China, Russia, Bulgaria, Croatia, South Africa, Qatar, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mexico, Nigeria, Brazil, Greece, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Belarus, Kuwait, Myanmar, US Minor Outlying Islands, Laos, Philippines, and Vietnam.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our shipping time is 7-20 business days.

Q: How to track my order?
A: You can track your order through Track Your Order page or email us at hanadiystudio@gmail.com.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping on orders over USD 49 is free. A nominal shipping fee at USD 7.99 is charged for orders under USD 49.

Q: How to apply for a refund?
A: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at hanadiystudio@gmail.com, we will send you the return address. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached and unused or unworn.
If non-product quality issues (damaged or missing parts due to our error), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Q: Are Store products new or pre-owned?
A: We only sell new items.

Q: Are Store products authentic?
A: All products are guaranteed to be authentic.

Q: How do I subscribe to your newsletter? 
A: In the footer of the homepage, there is a text box under “Sign up for our newsletter” where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email notifying you that you are subscribed. Our subscribers are the first to receive sale alerts, new arrivals and discount codes.
